Growing knowledge

I have a strong and ever growing knowledge base of organic and natural foods, raw, vegetarian and vegan diets, healthy cooking and food preparation, food allergies, herbs and supplements as well as foods that are beneficial in promoting optimum health and disease prevention. I am always reviewing new products and ingredients, discussing with other experts in the field, attending conferences, and learning from my own results as well as my clients. I have a thirst for knowledge and growth and continue to challenge myself by sitting for advanced level certifications, like my CSSD.
