If you are wondering what cleanse is right for you and whether you should eat while cleansing, schedule a nutrition appointment to discuss your individual needs and your complete personalized cleansing plan. Some people should eat while juicing while others may not need to. The foods you eat during a cleanse are important so that you get the most out of the juices you are drinking. Some people may require longer cleanses to meet their goals. Easing into and out of a juice cleanse is suggested and will give you the best results, together we can develop the right eating plan for each step of the way!
(Take note that the following category of people are NOT encouraged to do a juice cleanse or juice fasting: People with eating disorders, diabetes, kidney diseases, pregnant women, people with cancer, nutritional deficiency. This list may not be complete – it is advised to consult your dietitian and your physician before beginning any major changes to your diet.)
